Our Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs section also involves in consulting, establishing and following of technology transfer and know-how for local contract manufacturing inside and outside of the country.

Our strategy is to use several successful distribution networks in order to cover better the whole Iran territory and extend our presence in the market. All our contracts are closed only with the distributors that have province distribution centers, ware house facilities, fast delivery SOPs, strong sales force and modern computerized systems for better inventory management. Our sales department is responsible to monitor the sales flow directly on daily bases.
By having continuous meetings with distribution managers we are able to make quick necessary modifications in our marketing and actions plans for getting better market share and also better serving of our customers.

Behin Paad commercial team has a close relationship with production plants as well as sales department to set forecasts, plan for orders and monitor product consumptions… Order processing by getting permissions from relevant officials, following banking system procedures, handling the shipments…are also under responsibilities of this section.
Our commercial department also has close relationship with our Financial Department in order to prevent occurrence of any gap in financial resources and to prioritize order placing to prevent any shortages in the market.

Behin Paad Co. accounting and finance department is responsible for coordinating with our partners to transfer the necessary disbursement for products ordered and shipped. They are also responsible for coordinating with our Partners for local expenses, submitted in the format our partner requests.
Behin Paad Co. accounting and finance department takes the risk management by accepting the charges of the direct payments in order to achieve our principles duty in time, regardless of the size of our financial obligations.
Also in order to give better financial services, Behin Paad Co. has created a sister company in Turkey to handle better the financial aspects of our business.
